Inspired by food from his family's southern roots, Chef Jeff cooks up authentic African-American soul food using fresh and seasonal ingredients. As Jeff travelled the world, he learned to enjoy a variety of foods from many cultures, but he always went back to his roots developing a style called Southern progressive. He loves combining flavours in ways unlike anyone else.

Your side dishes (cajun gumbo, shrimp and chicken jambalaya, southern four cheese mac, bacon braised greens, corn bread muffins, fried okra, cajun rice dressing (aka dirty rice), and the heavenly vanilla bean pound cake were the megastars of our holiday.
