  Got to give a massive shoutout to @theblacksheepbychefjeff. Yesterday we ordered candied yams, mac 'n' cheese, collard greens, apple pie, corn bread, fried chicken. EVERYTHING WAS SO FLAVOURFUL & tasty.

  Thank you so much Chef Jeff for making our Christmas meal and my birthday month extra special with your awesome Taste of New Orleans menu. Your side dishes (cajun gumbo, shrimp and chicken jambalaya, southern four cheese mac, bacon braised greens, corn bread muffins, fried okra, cajun rice dressing (aka dirty rice), and the heavenly vanilla bean pound cake were the megastars of our holiday. You knocked it out of the park!! We truly enjoyed every item you prepared and it reminded me so much of granny's southern cooking. Thank you again Chef Jeff for bringing great southern food to Australia. May the Lord continue to bless the work of your hand and business a thousandfold.
